U.S. Sens. Rick Santorum (R-PA) and Arlen Specter (R-PA) have approved on Tuesday funding as a part of the Labor, Health and Human Services and Education Appropriations Bill where $250,000 will go each to Wellspan Health and Memorial Hospital of York. Santorum said that the bill "will aid in the health and wellness of the citizens of central Pennsylvania."
"These projects are vital to ensuring quality primary and emergency care, as well as advanced preventative-care measures, for the area's residents."
